Job Summary

- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR professional to manage both recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring the right talent, managing employee records, ensuring smooth HR processes, and supporting employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

- Coordinate with department heads to fullfil hiring

- Handle employee on boarding, documentation, and exit

- Maintain employee records and HR

- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour





- Address employee queries and support employee engagement

- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR

Job Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related

- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR

- Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and labour law

- Robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR
