About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR/Admin Executive to join our team and manage HR operations and administrative activities supporting our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, onboarding, HR reporting, and administration. Experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing / BPO / KPO is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Employee Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with Operations Managers and Team Leads on employee-related matters.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and MIS.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage recruitment coordination for RCM and support functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with Operations and management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor open positions.
- Support manpower planning and staffing requirements.
Healthcare RCM Support
- Partner with Operations to understand staffing requirements across RCM functions.
- Support recruitment for Charge Entry, AR, Payment Posting, Denial Management,
Medical Billing, Coding, and other US Healthcare roles.
- Maintain employee skill matrices and training records.
- Coordinate new-hire training and onboarding programs.
Attendance, Payroll & Administration
- Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, and employee utilization.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Support HR compliance and company policies.
- Manage day-to-day office administration and employee facilities.
- Coordinate with IT, facilities, and other support teams.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing / BPO / KPO preferred.
- Strong recruitment and employee-management experience.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, attendance, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting/MIS.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced operations environment.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
