Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR Operations, employee lifecycle, HRMS, BGV, payroll coordination and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

- Manage onboarding, employee records, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
- Handle HR documentation including appointment, hike, bonus, experience and relieving letters.
- Ensure smooth and timely completion of employee lifecycle processes.

HRMS & BGV

- Manage employee data and HR processes through HRMS platforms like GreytHR, Zoho or similar platforms.
- Coordinate end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) and follow up with vendors/employees for closure.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports/MIS.

Payroll & Compliance

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions and reimbursements.
- Support PF/ESIC and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with Finance/payroll vendors to resolve payroll-related queries.





Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as the point of contact for employee HR queries related to policies, payroll, leave and benefits.
- Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure effective employee communication and policy adherence.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with Finance, IT, business teams and external HR vendors.
- Ensure timely resolution of HR operational requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.

Required Skills

- 68 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and BGV tools/platforms.
- Valuable knowledge of payroll, employee lifecycle and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS/reporting.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred.
