JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead the organization's complete HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, HRMS, compliance, and organizational development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational business goals.
- Lead the complete HR function and manage the HR team across multiple departments/locations.
- Drive manpower planning and end-to-end talent acquisition for clinical, non-clinical, corporate, and support functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, systems, and processes.
- Manage HRMS including employee records, attendance, leave, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and HR analytics.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, incentives, and annual appraisal processes.




- Establish effective KPI and performance management systems.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Prepare and present HR MIS and dashboards to senior management.
- Monitor key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, recruitment TAT, and employee costs.
- Work closely with senior management on organizational restructuring and change management.
- Build a strong HR team and mentor HR managers and other HR professionals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 15+ years of HR experience, with substantial experience in a senior HR leadership position.
- Experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Multi-location organizations preferred.
- Robust knowledge of HR strategy, HR operations, recruitment, HRMS, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and labour compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple locations.
