Role Overview

We are looking for a senior, enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Head with 5–7 years of relevant experience in the welding electrodes/welding consumables industry. The candidate will be responsible for market development, sales expansion, team coordination, dealer development and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand sales in new and developing markets/areas.
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors and business partners.
- Drive sales growth and contribute towards increasing company revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team, guide team members and support them in achieving sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, market activities and customer/dealer follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s market presence.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with the sales team and channel partners.
- Support the team in resolving market and customer-related issues.
- Track competitors, market trends and opportunities to improve sales.
- Prepare and share regular sales and market development reports with management.

Candidate Profile

- 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing of welding electrodes/rods or welding consumables.
- Strong knowledge of welding rod products, dealers, distributors and market channels.
- Proven ability to develop new markets and generate business.
- Robust leadership, communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market development.
