About the Role We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in conceptualizing and creating engaging, impactful designs across various media applications.

The candidate should be able to independently understand design briefs, develop creative concepts, work within brand guidelines, present ideas to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to deliver high-quality final designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Take and understand design briefs and requirements.
- Conceptualize and develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Design and produce marketing collaterals in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders.
- Understand stakeholder feedback and incorporate changes into final designs.
- Liaise with the CS team to ensure proofs meet quality standards and production specifications.
- Maintain consistency, quality,



and attention to detail across all creative outputs.

Key Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of design concepts, layouts, aesthetics, and visual communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and suggestions.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Mandatory Requirement Candidates must have a strong and relevant portfolio.
