Urban Acres is looking for an experienced and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. The role will involve developing high-quality visual communication across magazines, editorial content, digital media, branding, events, exhibitions, marketing campaigns and corporate communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent visual judgement and the ability to independently take projects from concept development to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design magazines, publications, brochures, reports, presentations, advertisements and marketing collaterals.
- Develop creative assets for social media, digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Design communication material for conclaves, conferences, exhibitions and industry events, including backdrops, standees, invitations, certificates and signage.
- Work on brand identities, campaign concepts and corporate communication.
- Handle complete editorial and magazine layouts, with strong understanding of typography, grids and visual hierarchy.
- Create infographics, presentations and visual storytelling assets.
- Work closely with the Editorial, Events, Marketing, Media and Business Development teams.
- Adapt creative concepts across print, digital and social media formats.
- Ensure all artwork meets qualified print-production and digital-output standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.




- Take ownership of design projects from brief → concept → design → revisions → final artwork.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong experience in magazine/editorial design and print production.
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, grids, colour, layouts and visual hierarchy.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking.
- Ability to interpret briefs and develop designs independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, construction, infrastructure, media, publishing or lifestyle will be an advantage.

We are looking for a mature, creative and dependable design professional who can take complete ownership of projects and deliver polished, commercially relevant visual communication.

The candidate should be proactive, deadline-oriented, detail-conscious and comfortable working with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement

Full-Time | Work From Office | Mumbai The position requires regular in-office collaboration with the Editorial, Events, Media, Marketing and Business Development teams, along with support for events, shoots and other company requirements as needed.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
