We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have robust visual storytelling abilities, a deep understanding of marketing communication, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. This role requires someone who combines creative thinking, technical expertise, and marketing understanding to deliver high-impact designs that help brands communicate effectively with their audience.

Design &

- Visual Communication Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media creatives, advertisements, website visuals, and promotional materials. Develop strong visual marketing communication aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives. Create engaging and innovative design concepts that capture attention and drive audience engagement.

Print

Media &

- Collateral Design Design high-quality print marketing collaterals such as brochures, leaflets, standees, hoardings, banners, and other offline branding materials. Ensure print-ready files are properly formatted with correct specifications for production. AI &
- Modern Design Tools Utilize AI-powered design tools and creative platforms to enhance productivity and creative output. Stay updated with the latest design technologies, tools, and trends in digital and marketing design. Branding &
- Campaign Design Maintain visual consistency across all brand communication.



Collaborate with marketing strategists and copywriters to develop integrated marketing campaigns.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to execute creative ideas. Provide creative guidance and support to junior designers when required. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign ideas.

Required Skills &

- Expertise Strong creative thinking and conceptual ability Excellent visual storytelling and marketing communication skills Proficiency in design tools such as: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Figma / Canva (preferred) Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and design workflows Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding Experience designing for both digital and print media Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and quality Experience Required 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing agency or creative agency Proven portfolio demonstrating campaign design, brand communication, and print collateral work Personal Attributes Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense Strong team player with collaborative mindset Ability to understand marketing objectives and translate them into design Self-motivated and proactive in exploring new creative ideas Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment Additional Requirement The candidate should have their own laptop for work purposes.
