nAbout the Role

nAccel-digital is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our client-embedded creative team. In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders, understand creative briefs, and independently deliver high-quality, production-ready designs across print, digital, and social media formats.

nThe ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Adobe InDesign , with strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop. This is an autonomous role where attention to detail, production knowledge, and the ability to work directly with clients are essential.

nKey Responsibilities

- Understand and execute written and verbal creative briefs with minimal guidance.
n
- Develop concepts and deliver final artwork across print, digital, and social media formats.
n
- Design brochures, sales collateral, pitch decks, banners, social media creatives, and campaign assets.
n
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with correct bleed, safe zones, color profiles, resolution, fonts, and linked assets.
n
- Manage design revisions, track feedback, maintain version control, and ensure all comments are addressed.
n
- Maintain consistency with the client's brand guidelines, including typography, colors, grids, and overall visual identity.
n
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, copywriters, marketing teams, and print vendors.
n
- Perform thorough quality checks for spelling, alignment, specifications, file naming, and export settings before delivery.
n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet committed deadlines.
n
- Proactively communicate project status, timelines, and potential blockers.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio covering print and digital design.
n
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign , including:
n
- Master Pages
n
- Paragraph & Character Styles
n
- GREP Styles
n
- Tables
n
- Long-document workflows
n
- Data Merge
n
- Preflight
n
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop .
n
- Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative digital design.
n
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, grid systems, and color theory.
n
- Excellent understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.
n
- Knowledge of CMYK, RGB, Pantone, spot colors, and color profiles.
n
- Experience with preflight, packaging, and print vendor handoff.
n
- Knowledge of PDF/X-1a and PDF/X-4 export standards.
n
- Good understanding of image resolution, DPI, and asset optimization.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
n
- Ability to work independently and directly with client teams.

- Motion graphics or animation skills.
n
- Experience in ad-tech, publishing, or media-agency environments.
n
- Experience designing programmatic advertising assets, including IAB-standard and HTML5 banners.

- Presentation design experience for pitch decks and sales enablement materials.
