WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER / BUSINESS HEAD – BUSINESS & OPERATIONS.

Location: Kirti Nagar, West Delhi. We're a Turnkey Interior Design and Complete Interior Solutions Company, also operating a furniture showroom and manufacturing unit. We're looking for an experienced leader (fifteen to twenty years experience) in home furnishing or related industries.

Responsibilities include business development, sales leadership, showroom operations, customer relationship management, factory and procurement coordination, project ops, team leadership, and exhibitions. KPIs include revenue growth, recent business development, lead conversion, customer acquisition and retention, showroom sales conversion, gross margins, project cost control, procurement efficiency, vendor performance,



production timelines, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.

Key responsibilities include business development, sales leadership, showroom operations, customer relationship management, factory and procurement oversight, warehouse and logistics management, installation team handling, site supervision management, manpower planning, installation team supervision, maintenance, team leadership, marketing, networking, exhibitions, and management reporting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
