Role Overview:

You’ll work across our .NET and Angular platform and take ownership of complex capabilities from technical design through production.

You will:

- Build end-to-end features across C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Use AI agents as a core part of your daily engineering workflow.
- Define clear technical context, constraints,



and task boundaries that enable high-quality agent execution.
- Review AI-generated implementations for architecture, correctness, security, maintainability, performance, and testability.
- Design and evolve APIs, domain logic, data access layers, integrations, and user experiences.
- Refactor existing code and reduce technical debt as part of normal delivery.
- Write and validate meaningful unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Work closely with Product and Design to translate requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions supporting scalability, reliability, and multi-market expansion.
- Participate in code reviews and help improve how the wider engineering team works with AI.

Key Responsibilities:

- We are looking for someone whose value comes from engineering judgment, not typing speed.
- You should be able to look at an implementation and ask:
- Does this fit our architecture
- Are the assumptions correct
- Is the security model sound
- Will this remain maintainable
- Do the tests prove the right behaviour
- Is there a simpler solution
- Did the agent receive enough context to make a good decision
- You should be able to recognize good engineering whether you wrote the code yourself or an AI produced it.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must Have Skills:

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
- Recent hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Entity Framework Core and relational databases.
- Experience designing secure, maintainable REST APIs.
- Strong unit and integration testing experience.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and modern delivery practices.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to become productive quickly in an established codebase.
- Strong engineering judgment and confidence challenging weak technical approaches.
- Active use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar as part of your regular workflow.

Nice to Have Skills:

- Domain-Driven Design and CQRS.
- Distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
- Azure services including App Services, Azure SQL, Container Apps, Functions, Cosmos DB, or App Configuration.
- Docker and Docker Compose.
- Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
- Multi-region or regulated platforms.
- Experience structuring specifications, documentation, prompts, or reusable context specifically for AI agents.
