nRole Overview

nWe are looking for a Senior Fulfillment Executive – B2B Shipments to manage day-to-day fulfillment and dispatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of B2B orders. The role will involve coordination with warehouse, logistics and internal teams, shipment documentation, inventory movement and ensuring adherence to defined TATs.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end B2B order fulfillment and dispatch operations.
n
- Coordinate order picking, packing, verification and dispatch.
n
- Ensure orders are processed and shipped within defined TATs and SLAs.
n
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth shipment execution.
n
- Verify SKU, quantity, address and order details before dispatch.
n
- Generate and verify waybills/shipping documentation.
n
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for shipment handover and tracking.
n
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery or dispatch discrepancies.
n
- Handle RTO/returns and ensure timely processing and closure.
n
- Maintain daily dispatch,



shipment and fulfillment reports.
n
- Ensure proper system updates and documentation for all shipments.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, inventory and shipment-related issues.
n
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency.
n
- Support manpower planning and team coordination during high-volume operations.
n
- Ensure adherence to operational processes and quality standards.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
- 4+ years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehouse, Logistics, Dispatch or Supply Chain Operations.
n
- Experience in B2B order fulfillment and shipment management will be preferred.
n
- Hands-on experience with outbound operations, dispatch, RTO and waybill generation.
n
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
n
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
n
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF and basic reporting. The candidate's resume specifically lists these Excel skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and operational activities within timelines.
n
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
n
