Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for delivering actionable financial insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, analyzing revenue and cost trends, and preparing forecasts and budgets in partnership with internal stakeholders.

The role involves reviewing financial statements and reports, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions to improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with experience in Financial Planning and budgeting activities.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for modeling, variance analysis, and data-driven decision support.
- Proficiency in interpreting and working with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Advanced skills in Excel or other financial modeling tools; familiarity with BI or dashboarding software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Relevant experience in a financial analyst or similar role, preferably in consulting, professional services, or high-growth businesses.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
