Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage the company’s accounting, taxation, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial accounting, GST, TDS, income tax, tax audits, and preparation of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements .
- Manage GST return preparation and filing , reconciliation, and related compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, returns, payments, and reconciliations .
- Manage Company Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing .
- Coordinate and assist with Tax Audit and statutory audit requirements.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable direct and indirect tax regulations .
- Perform GST reconciliation between books, purchase records, and GST returns.




- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders for taxation and audit-related matters.
- Identify discrepancies in accounts and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare required financial and taxation reports for management.
- Stay updated with changes in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations .

Requirements

- 7-8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GST Returns, TDS, Income Tax, Tax Audit, and Financial Statements .
- Experience in preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L; .
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling Company ITR and tax-related documentation .
- Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Positive analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience in corporate accounting and taxation will be preferred.
