About the Role

OurShopee is looking for an experienced Finance Manager – Accounts & Statutory Compliance to join our Finance & Accounts team.

We are looking for a professional who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations along with statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and payroll-related accounting.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Handle GST & TDS calculations, reconciliations, documentation and compliance.
- Manage PF & ESIC calculations, challans, payments, returns and employee-related compliance.
- Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs, salary deductions, PF/ESIC and statutory requirements.
- Handle bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable and track outstanding payments.
- Reconcile e-commerce marketplace settlements,



payment gateways, refunds, returns and commissions.
- Prepare MIS, ageing reports and financial reports for management.
- Support audits and coordinate with CA, auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely statutory compliance.

? Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- B.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and payroll accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting, reconciliation and statutory compliance.
- E-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
