About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Finance Manager – International Finance Operations & Management

Reporting to manage and strengthen our finance function across multiple countries. This role is best suited for candidates with a robust academic background in commerce, accounting, and finance, preferably with a B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance qualification, along with hands-on experience in accounting operations, management reporting, financial controls, reconciliations, compliance coordination, and team management. The position requires a practical finance professional who can run day-to-day finance operations, review books, manage reporting timelines, coordinate with country-level accountants and advisors, and present clear financial visibility to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Management Reporting

- Own financial control across all OnDemand International entities, ensuring accuracy,

completeness, and integrity of books across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Managing Partner and leadership team.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities across multiple entities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, expenses, and financial performance across the group.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards, MIS reports, and management accounts for leadership review.
- Ensure internal approval workflows, payment controls, documentation, and reporting systems are properly followed.
- Support the development and implementation of internal finance controls, reporting formats, and review mechanisms.

Multi-Country Finance Operations

- Oversee finance operations across India, the UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and other relevant jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with local accountants, bookkeepers, auditors, tax advisors, and statutory agents in each country.
- Ensure books are maintained in line with applicable country-level accounting and reporting requirements.
- Manage multi-currency accounting, inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and consolidated group-level reporting.
- Maintain financial records, entity-wise reports, and country-wise compliance trackers.
- Ensure timely coordination for accounting updates, reporting deadlines, statutory filings, and management review requirements.

Accounting & Bookkeeping Oversight

- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll accounting,





expense booking, invoicing, and general ledger maintenance.
- Review journal entries, vendor payments, client invoices, expense claims, and reconciliations prepared by the accounting team.
- Ensure proper chart of accounts, accounting structure, documentation, and reporting discipline across entities.• Identify gaps in existing accounting processes and implement practical systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control.• Identify gaps in existing accounting processes and implement practical systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control.
- Ensure finance records are properly maintained and available for management review, external advisors, and audit coordination.

Tax & Compliance Coordination

- Track direct and indirect tax-related obligations across operating entities, including GST/VAT,

corporation tax, withholding tax, payroll-related statutory requirements, and other recurring filings.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and country-specific consultants for filings, clarifications,

documentation, and compliance updates.
- Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure internal follow-up so that deadlines are not missed.
- Review tax and compliance information from an operational finance perspective before submission to external advisors.
- Support management with visibility on upcoming compliance requirements, filing status, and pending action items.

Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of accountants, bookkeepers, and finance executives working across multiple entities.
- Allocate responsibilities, review work quality, set reporting timelines, and ensure accountability within the finance team.
- Act as the senior finance escalation point for internal teams and management.
- Build systems, process notes, checklists, and documentation to reduce dependency on individuals and make the finance function scalable.
- Train and guide team members to improve accuracy, reporting quality, and process discipline.

Required Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, MIS, management reporting, and finance operations.
- Strong academic foundation in commerce, accounting, and finance.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance background preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing books, reports, reconciliations, cash flow, payables, receivables,

and management accounts.
- Experience working with multi-entity or multi-country finance operations.
- Ability to review the work of accountants and bookkeepers across different entities.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, inter-company transactions, and multi-

currency accounting.




- Practical working knowledge of GST/VAT, tax coordination, statutory filing timelines, and compliance tracking.
- Experience using accounting platforms such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, SAP, or similar systems.
- Strong Excel, MIS, reporting, and financial analysis skills.
- Ability to work directly with founders, senior management, and internal business teams.
- Demonstrated continuity, ownership, and depth of experience in previous finance roles.

Educational Preference

Strong preference will be given to candidates with:

- B.Com / M.Com / accounting-based graduation.
- MBA in Finance from a recognised institution.
- Hands-on finance operations and reporting experience in a company, group, consulting firm, or multi-entity business environment.

This role is best aligned with candidates who have practical experience in corporate finance operations, accounting management, MIS reporting, reconciliations, multi-entity finance coordination, and management-level financial reporting. Candidates from audit, taxation, advisory, or statutory compliance backgrounds are welcome to apply, provided they have practical experience managing in-house finance operations, accounting teams, reporting cycles, reconciliations, and management reporting.

Preferred Background

- Prior experience in a corporate services firm, consulting company, international business group, or multi-entity organisation.
- Experience reporting directly to founders, directors, managing partners, or senior leadership.
- Exposure to international accounting coordination across countries such as the UK, Europe,

Australia, Singapore, or India.
- Experience managing finance teams and creating scalable reporting processes.
- Understanding of cross-border inter-company structures and transfer pricing coordination will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Must be based in Delhi NCR or willing to commute daily to the Delhi office.
- This is a full-time, work-from-office role. There is no remote or hybrid option.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates with demonstrated ownership and meaningful tenure in previous finance roles will be prioritised.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led, multi-entity business environment.
