nJob Summary

nThe R2R Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing period-end close activities, and ensuring timely reporting in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role supports financial integrity and management decision-making.

nKey Responsibilities

nAccounting & Month-end Close Activities

n

- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
n
- Prepare and review monthly -end reporting pack/ MIS.
n
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve variances
n

nFinancial Reporting

n

n
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and flux analysis
n
- Support statutory, internal, and external audits
n
- Assist in preparation of financial statements as per IFRS / Ind AS .
n

nTaxation

n

n
- Income tax computation and Tax Audit/ Transfer pricing Audit fillings.
n
- Adherence of Advances tax and TDS
n
- Managing the open Litigation with help of external tax advisors
n

nProcess Improvement & Internal Controls

n

n
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
n




- Ensure adherence to SOPs and internal control requirements
n
- Auditing the Internal control framework for all Process and Preparation of Internal Audit Report.
n

nStakeholder Management

n

n
- Coordinate with business teams and plant teams,
n
- Respond to queries from auditors and internal stakeholders
n
- Support management reporting requirements
n

nKey Skills & Competencies

nTechnical Skills

n

n
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
n
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Power BI etc.)
n
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
n
- Understanding of month-end close processes, Knowledge of Ind-AS/ IFRS, Indian Taxation.

nQualifications & Experience
