Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, job specifications, skills and experience expectations.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, employee referrals, LinkedIn, social media, consultants and direct sourcing.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit and business requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for interviews, feedback, candidate evaluation and selection.
- Drive offer discussions, compensation negotiations, offer release and closure.
Preferred candidate profile Should have experience in Manufacturing/Mechanical hirings
