Key Requirements

- Minimum 8 - 10 years of professional experience in Audio Engineering, Music Production, Recording, Mixing & Mastering.
- Prior teaching/training experience in a higher education institution preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, or Studio One.
- Ability to teach subjects including Audio Engineering, Music Production, Recording Techniques, Sound Design, Live Sound, and Studio Workflow.
- Experience in managing recording studios, student projects, and practical lab sessions.
- Strong industry network with the ability to facilitate workshops, masterclasses, internships, and placements.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and student engagement skills.

Preferred Qualification:



Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Audio Engineering, Music Production, Sound Engineering, Music Technology, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver theory and practical sessions.
2. Mentor students and supervise projects.
3. Support curriculum enhancement aligned with current industry trends.
4. Assist in studio operations, workshops, admissions activities, and industry collaborations.
