Key Responsibilities

- Manage combined project and retail sales for the assigned territory.

- Develop relationships with dealers, contractors, and applicators.

- Drive product penetration for waterproofing, tile adhesives, and wall putty.

- Monitor secondary sales and project pipelines.

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical coordination.

- Ensure achievement of volume and value targets.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong selling and negotiation skills.

- Territory planning capability.

- Understanding of site applications and product usage.

- Independent target ownership.

- Strong dealer and contractor relationship management.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to develop current business opportunities and improve market penetration.
