At Nirog1, we are looking for a highly driven and analytical Senior Executive – Logistics to join our Fulfillment team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our supply chain operations, managing multiple delivery partners, and ensuring the seamless movement of goods. You will be responsible for tracking shipments, handling complex logistics data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Logistics & Transportation Management: Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, route planning, and shipment tracking to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Delivery Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with multiple logistics vendors and delivery partners, continuously monitoring their performance against key metrics and service level agreements.
- NDR Management & Resolution: Monitor Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) across various partners. Analyze consolidated logistics data to rapidly resolve delivery failures and improve overall fulfillment rates.
- Data Analysis & MIS Reporting:



Generate regular operational reports and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Reconcile tracking data from multiple sources to maintain accurate supply chain visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, customer service, and warehouse operations to align logistics activities with broader business objectives and customer demand.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and proactively implement workflow improvements to reduce turnaround times, lower shipping costs, and optimize inventory flow.

Qualification -
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or fulfillment operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse/transportation management systems.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex supply chain data and derive actionable operational insights.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage external vendors and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams.
