Senior Executive Marketing & Roadshow Procurement

Experience Required: 5–8 years (Marketing/Events/Roadshow procurement)

Role Purpose

Own end-to-end procurement of marketing, brand and sales-roadshow spend for Sobha Realty across India, the GCC, the UK and other key investor markets - covering event production, exhibition and roadshow logistics, creative/media/PR agencies, and print/collateral - ensuring cost efficiency, vendor compliance, and adherence to procurement policy and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

Roadshow & Exhibition Procurement

- Manage full RFP-to-PO lifecycle for roadshow and exhibition spend (venues, stage/AV production, exhibition stands, signage, F&B;, on-ground logistics) across India and international markets
- Manage freight, customs clearance and on-time delivery of marketing collateral and branded assets to roadshow cities
- Build and maintain a pre-qualified panel of event production, AV and exhibition vendors to compress lead times on fast-turnaround launches

Marketing & Brand Procurement

- Source and manage creative, digital, media buying, PR, photography/videography and translation agencies against clear scopes of work
- Draft and issue RFQs/RFPs for print production, promotional merchandise and branded giveaways; run competitive bidding and lead commercial negotiations
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, production houses and sponsorship partners

Contract & Vendor Management

- Review and negotiate contract terms, SOWs and agency retainer agreements
- Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors; maintain approved vendor lists and performance scorecards
- Track contract renewals and manage vendor disputes and commercial risk assessments

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policy, delegation of authority, and audit requirements
- Maintain documentation standards for audit readiness (RFP records, approvals, contracts)




- Flag and escalate non-standard procurement requests or policy deviations

Cost & Reporting

- Build cost comparison models and techno-commercial evaluations to support sourcing decisions
- Prepare management reports, savings trackers, and category spend dashboards
- Support budget planning and forecasting for the Marketing & Events category

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Marketing, Brand, Events and Sales stakeholders (India and Dubai HQ) to translate campaign and launch requirements into procurement specifications
- Support cross-market procurement coordination between India, the GCC and other roadshow markets

Requirements Experience & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of procurement experience, with a significant focus on Marketing/Events/Roadshow category sourcing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field (CIPS/relevant certification a plus)
- Experience working with ERP and e-procurement systems (SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba preferred) for RFP-to-PO workflows
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, retail or another high-velocity, brand-led industry preferred

Skills

- Robust negotiation skills across event production, media, agency and logistics categories
- Hands-on working expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Procurement/MM) and SAP Ariba (or equivalent e-procurement platform)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (cost modelling, comparison workbooks, savings dashboards) and strong Microsoft Word skills
- Data analytics capability - able to build and interpret spend, savings and vendor-performance dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and written communication skills
- Familiarity with contract fundamentals and audit/compliance processes in a procurement context

Preferred

- Exposure to real estate/construction or large multi-entity group structures
- Experience managing multi-market roadshow logistics (India, GCC, UK, or similar investor markets)
- Willingness to travel regularly (India roadshow cities plus periodic travel to Dubai HQ and other markets)
