Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and analyze HR records and reports, including employee data, attendance, attrition, performance, and other HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee communication, and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.




- Assist in employee relations and HR operations, addressing employee queries, coordinating with management, and ensuring HR policies and processes are followed effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Cutting-edge.
- Fluent English Communication, Convincing Skills require.
- Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
- Experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition will be preferred.
