Designation: Senior Executive HRIC
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – HRIC to join our HR team in Chennai. The incumbent will be responsible for providing HR support services, managing employee queries, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting leave and absence administration, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and processes. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in HR operations and case management.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Query & HR Service Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries and service requests.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to employee concerns through established HR support channels.
- Ensure a high level of employee satisfaction by delivering effective HR services.
Case Management
- Manage and track HR cases through closure while adhering to defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Categorize, prioritize, and escalate complex cases as required.
- Maintain complete documentation and records of employee interactions and resolutions.
HR Systems & Employee Data Management
- Maintain and update employee records in Workday with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure employee information is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Support HR transactions and data maintenance activities.
Reporting & Data Accuracy
- Generate routine HR reports and dashboards as required by stakeholders.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of HR information.
- Assist in HR metrics tracking and reporting.
Leave & Absence Administration
- Administer employee leave and absence processes in accordance with company policies.
- Support employees and managers with leave-related queries and documentation requirements.
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of leave data in HR systems.
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Helpdesk, or HR Information Center roles.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
- Experience in employee query management and case management.
