As our organisation grows, we are looking for a competent and dependable Senior Executive – Human Resources who can strengthen our people practices, maintain HR discipline and processes, and contribute towards building a professional, respectful and performance-oriented workplace.

Role Overview The Senior Executive – HR will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave administration, payroll coordination, employee documentation, performance management support, employee engagement and statutory compliance.

The position requires a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable working closely with employees, Team Leads and Management.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organisation.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Source and screen candidates based on defined eligibility criteria.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct reference and background verification wherever applicable.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio and source effectiveness.

1. Onboarding & Employee Documentation

- Conduct structured onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Maintain complete and accurate employee records.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, promotion letters and other HR communications.
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Ensure employees understand organisational policies, workplace expectations and reporting structures.

1. Attendance, Leave & HRMS Administration

- Manage daily attendance and leave administration.
- Monitor late attendance, absenteeism, attendance irregularities and exceptions.
- Administer leave, compensatory-off and attendance policies.
- Maintain accurate employee information in the HRMS.
- Follow up with employees and reporting managers for timely regularisation of attendance.
- Generate periodic attendance and leave reports for Management.

Experience with Zoho People / Zoho HRMS will be an advantage.

1. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

- Prepare and verify monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary revisions.
- Maintain records relating to deductions,



incentives and other payroll components.
- Support PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Accounts, payroll consultants and statutory professionals wherever required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of compensation information.

1. Performance Management

- Coordinate probation and periodic performance reviews.
- Support implementation of KRAs, KPIs and performance measurement systems.
- Track appraisal schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain records of employee performance discussions and development plans.
- Assist Management and Team Leads in identifying performance gaps and appropriate improvement measures.

1. Employee Relations & Discipline

- Act as an accessible and professional HR point of contact for employees.
- Address employee concerns objectively and confidentially.
- Facilitate healthy communication between employees, Team Leads and Management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and workplace discipline.
- Document incidents, counselling discussions and disciplinary proceedings appropriately.
- Draft warning letters, show-cause notices and other formal HR communications when required.
- Promote a workplace based on mutual respect, professionalism and accountability.

1. Learning, Development & Employee Engagement

- Identify training requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Coordinate employee induction and internal training programmes.
- Maintain training records and evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Organise employee engagement and team-building initiatives.
- Support initiatives that encourage continuous learning and professional development.

1. HR Policies & Processes

- Assist in drafting, implementing and periodically reviewing HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure policies are communicated clearly and implemented consistently.
- Maintain HR checklists, templates, trackers and process documentation.
- Identify opportunities for HR process automation and improvement.
- Prepare periodic HR MIS and dashboards for Management.

1. Separation & Exit Management

- Manage resignation acknowledgement and exit formalities.
- Coordinate notice-period requirements and handovers.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate Full & Final Settlement with Accounts/Payroll.
- Issue relieving and experience letters after completion of required formalities.
- Analyse reasons for employee attrition and report significant trends to Management.

Candidate ProfileEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline.

Experience
- Preferably 3–4 years of relevant HR experience.




- Prior experience independently handling HR operations and employee lifecycle activities is desirable.
- Experience in a growing SME, hospitality, tourism, travel or service organisation will be an advantage.

- HRMS and attendance-management capabilities
- Valuable understanding of payroll processes
- Strong documentation and record-management skills

- Conflict-resolution and problem-solving ability
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to prepare HR MIS and analyse basic HR metrics

Language Requirements English and Kannada are essential.

Working knowledge of Hindi, Tamil and/or Telugu will be an added advantage.

Location Requirement The position is work-from-office at Malleswaram, Bengaluru.

Candidates must currently reside within approximately 5–10 km of Malleswaram, Bengaluru. This requirement is intended to ensure reasonable daily commuting distance and consistent availability for an office-based HR role.

Candidates residing substantially outside this commuting radius may not be considered unless they are willing to relocate closer to Malleswaram before joining.
