Job Role: HR Operations - Central Kitchen

Location: Govandi, Mumbai

Experience: 3 + Years

Working Days: 6 Days WFO

Shift :- Night Shift (Alternate day shifts might be allowed)

Pref: Male candidates only

Note: Candidate must be handling 300+ workforce and must be comfortable travelling to nearby cities once a month

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiner to 30 Day's Notice Period

Education: Any Graduate | PG Preferred

Note: The candidate should be willing to work occasional night shifts as per business requirements.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for a Central Kitchen environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing HR operations in a Central Kitchen, QSR/F&B; setup, or large warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Employee lifecycle: onboarding exit, documentation,



transfers.
- Employee relations: grievance handling, engagement, query resolution.
- Attendance & HR records: monitoring, maintaining databases, compliance.
- Recruitment support: track metrics, coordinate closures, improve efficiency.
- Exit formalities: resignations, clearances, documentation, exit discussions.
- HR reporting: MIS, dashboards, attrition, recruitment, attendance insights.

Candidate Profile:

- 3-10 yrs HR Ops experience in Central Kitchen/QSR/F&B;/warehouse.
- Hands-on in lifecycle management, grievances, attendance, exits.
- Exposure to recruitment metrics, HR MIS, dashboards.
