Role Description The Senior Executive Client Servicing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring timely communication, and coordinating deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders. The person in this position will handle client queries, track project progress, prepare status reports, and help resolve issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include understanding client objectives, supporting presentation and proposal development, assisting with budgeting and basic financial tracking related to client accounts, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement.



The role also requires regular meetings with clients, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating closely with strategy, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing abilities, with skills in Client Services and Customer Service to manage relationships and day-to-day interactions effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of maintaining and improving service quality and client retention.
- Basic understanding of Finance to assist with account tracking, budgeting, and interpreting commercial aspects of client engagements.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in client servicing or account management, preferably within consulting, design, marketing, or building materials sectors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or project management platforms).
