Handle customer queries, complaints, service requests, and escalations through calls and emails. Coordinate with Collections, Credit, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams for timely resolution.

Ensure adherence to defined SLA/TAT and proactively follow up on pending cases.

Maintain accurate records of complaints, requests, escalations, and resolutions.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports on complaints, TAT, productivity, and resolution status.

Conduct quality checks on customer interactions and ensure qualified, accurate, and policy-compliant communication.

Identify recurring customer issues and process gaps and support corrective actions.

Handle complex customer cases and ensure timely closure while maintaining a high level of customer experience.





Support junior team members with process guidance and customer-handling assistance, as required.
