As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth inbound & outbound logistics, effective workforce planning, and efficient inventory management. You will manage the complete dispatch cycle, ensuring accuracy and speed from picking to final handover, while also maintaining compliant inventory records.

What purpose would you ‘serve’?

- Streamline inbound logistics by managing supplier coordination and GRNs.
- Manage workforce operations including shift planning, roster management, and real-time manpower adjustments.
- Drive efficient inventory management through strategic item placement, location mapping, and regular stock audits.
- Supervise order fulfillment by overseeing picking and packing processes to ensure accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain loss prevention standards through rigorous damage handling protocols.




- Drive end-to-end outbound logistics—from picking to dispatch—to meet delivery targets.
- Build a high-performing team through strategic manpower planning and leadership.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant inventory records at all times.
- Optimize warehouse layout and product placement for efficient space utilization.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
