Role Description The Senior Engineer MEP role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Senior

Engineer MEP will oversee the coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating MEP drawings, coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines. The role involves monitoring site installation and commissioning activities, resolving technical issues, optimizing building services performance, and supporting value engineering initiatives.

The Senior

Engineer MEP will also prepare reports,



participate in project review meetings, and mentor junior engineers and site teams to maintain quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and MEP Coordination for large-scale high rise residential developments.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Building Services, including power distribution, lighting, and building utilities.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Plumbing execution, including water supply, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and using relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP or similar).
- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and site supervision.
- Candidates should possess thorough understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable building practices.
- Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering (or related field), with substantial experience in MEP roles; prior experience with real estate or construction projects in the Mumbai region is an advantage.
