Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery requirements.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch for timely order execution.

- Review customer orders, stock, WIP, material availability and production capacity.

- Prepare and monitor Sales Order vs Production vs Supply status.

- Coordinate with Sales and provide realistic delivery commitments.

- Follow up raw-material availability and critical shortages with Purchase/Stores.

- Monitor Production Plan vs Actual and take corrective action for delays.

- Plan and coordinate finished-goods availability and dispatch as per customer requirements.

- Track pending/overdue customer orders and escalate delivery risks to the Plant Head.

- Maintain PPC, order status, inventory and dispatch MIS.

- Ensure accurate PPC/order updates in ERP/SAP.

- Support capacity utilization and inventory optimization.

Preferred candidate profile The candidate will be responsible for effective coordination and monitoring of the above process to achieve on-time customer supply.
