We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with 5+ years of experience having expertise in migrating legacy VB or C# projects into the latest .NET frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both VB.NET and C# development, along with extensive experience in upgrading and modernizing existing applications.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the migration of legacy VB or C# applications to the latest .NET frameworks.
- Assess existing codebases, identify areas for improvement, and refactor code as necessary.
- Develop migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and security.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure smooth migration and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.




- Document migration processes, technical specifications, and post-migration support plans.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in VB.NET and C# development, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Proven track record of successfully migrating legacy applications to newer versions of the .NET framework.
- Strong proficiency in SQL databases, including database design and optimization.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like ASP.NET MVC.
