Role Description The Senior Django Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Django and related technologies in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role includes architecting scalable applications, implementing secure and efficient data models, and integrating front-end components with server-side logic. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, review technical designs, perform code reviews, and ensure high code quality and performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve debugging and optimizing existing systems, writing automated tests, managing deployments,



and contributing to technical documentation and best practices.

Developer is expected to mentor team members, support continuous improvement, and actively participate in technical discussions and planning.

Qualifications

- Strong Back-End Web Development skills with Django, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Demonstrated Software Development experience in designing, building, and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Proficiency in Programming with Python and familiarity with modern development practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
- Working knowledge of Front-End Development concepts and ability to integrate with frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Databases, including relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs, as well as query optimization.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role, including mentoring and guiding other engineers, is an advantage.
