Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Director Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and digital marketing performance across global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid media, SEM, paid social, marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and AI-driven marketing.

This role requires a data-driven marketing leader who can develop performance strategies, manage large-scale advertising campaigns, optimize ROI/ROAS, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies across global markets.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition while optimizing CAC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and LTV.
- Lead paid search, paid social, display, video, retargeting, remarketing, affiliate, native, and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Develop data-driven campaign strategies using marketing analytics, attribution, customer insights, and performance reporting.
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across websites, landing pages, funnels, and digital assets.
- Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to improve campaign performance.
- Leverage AI, Generative AI, predictive analytics, automation, customer segmentation, and AI-driven optimization to improve marketing efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automated bidding, audience optimization, dynamic creative testing, and campaign personalization.
- Work closely with SEO, Content, Creative, Product, Analytics, Sales, and Technology teams to achieve business objectives.




- Manage and optimize significant digital advertising budgets while ensuring efficient media spending.
- Establish performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Support email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in Performance Marketing, AI Marketing, SEO, digital advertising, and marketing technology.
- Build and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals.

Required Skills:

- 12+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEM, PPC, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, ROI, LTV, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition.
- Experience in CRO, A/B testing, experimentation, and landing page optimization.
- Solid expertise in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, tracking, and attribution.
- Experience across multiple digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, Affiliate, Retargeting, and Remarketing.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing, Generative AI, predictive analytics, automation, or AI-based campaign optimization.
- Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Experience working with global or US-based clients/markets is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience across B2B, B2C, SaaS, FinTech, AI, Technology, or Hi-Tech industries.
- Experience working with large digital marketing agencies or global organizations.
- Experience managing and mentoring performance marketing teams.
- Exposure to SEO, marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
