Richmee is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing and Lead Generation. The candidate will be responsible for driving quality leads and optimizing digital campaigns for business growth.
Role & responsibilities :
- Plan and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for better conversions.
- Manage SEO, social media and digital marketing activities.
- Track CPL, CPA, ROI and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the sales team and prepare performance reports.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 5+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
- Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads & Lead Generation.
- Good knowledge of SEO, GA4 and Performance Marketing.
- Solid analytical and campaign optimization skills.
- BFSI/Financial Services experience preferred.
