About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Developer (Java & Kafka)

with strong expertise in cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, AWS, Kafka, Node.js and

Spring Boot

. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed applications while collaborating with architects, product managers, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop cloud-native applications and microservices

.

- Develop, test, optimize, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions.

- Work with

Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Node.js, and RESTful APIs

.

- Make technical decisions related to application scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, analyse application logs, and improve system fault tolerance.

- Take ownership of critical issues and drive effective resolution.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.





- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and DevOps engineers on technical solutions.

- Contribute to architectural improvements, coding standards, and development best practices.

- Participate in Agile development and full

SDLC activities.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of software development experience.

- Strong experience in

Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS, and Microservices

.

- Experience with serverless and containerized applications

.

- Solid knowledge of

REST APIs, JSON, Avro, and serialization

.

- Experience with

Node.js

.

- Knowledge of

Angular or modern UI frameworks.

- Experience with

Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
