Senior Designer Location: Delhi, India | Experience: 4-5 Years | Function: Marketing - Design

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our marketing team and lead the visual storytelling for our brand across print and digital platforms. This role calls for a sharp design sensibility, strong project ownership, and the ability to manage both in-house output and freelance design resources to deliver consistently high-quality, on-brand creative.

Key Responsibilities • Develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

- Create high-quality design deliverables across print and digital assets, including leaflets, brochures, marketing materials, and social media posts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Stay up to date with design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage freelance designers and oversee the quality and consistency of their output.
- Create engaging content that supports campaigns,



product launches, and brand initiatives.

Requirements • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Solid sense of aesthetics and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Ability to think critically, identify design challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Background in animation and graphic design is preferable.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Senior Designer or in an equivalent role.
