Role & responsibilities

1. Collection & Range Development: Create seasonal sweater collections using mood boards, trend forecasts, yarn forecast and customer insights.
2. Technical & Software Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and 3D design software (CLO and APEX FIZZ)
3. Buyer Communication & Sampling: Lead professional buyer communications, - strong email communication with the ability to draft explicit and professional mail to buyer, clients and internal teams.. Manage sampling development and follow-up from design through final approval, collaborating closely with merchandising and production teams, also participate in product presentations.
4. Market & Commercial Awareness: Apply strong trend research, market analysis, and forecasting skills to ensure collections align with buyer requirements and brand identity.
5. Costing & Pricing Precision: Prepare accurate product costing based on in-depth knowledge of yarn consumption, garment construction, and pricing strategies to maintain profitability.
