Role & responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and deliver energy data to customers.
- Support customer onboarding and process setup.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
- Track processes, prepare reports, and monitor performance.
- Handle troubleshooting, escalations, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with team members and delegate tasks when required.
- Use data analysis to identify and resolve process/data issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Valuable MS Excel knowledge Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.
- Experience with monitoring, tracking, and reporting tools.
- 3–5 years of relevant Data Analyst experience.
- Experience in finance, billing, payments, or energy is preferred.
- SQL and Python experience is an added advantage.
- Experience working with databases is beneficial.
