Role Description The Senior Curriculum Developer is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, focused on designing and refining evidence-informed curricular frameworks and learning experiences that support wellbeing, leadership, and whole-school development. In this role, the individual will research best practices in education and wellbeing, translate insights into structured curricula, and create engaging learning materials such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and digital resources.

The Senior Curriculum

Developer will collaborate with program leads, subject matter experts, and school partners to align curricula with the School Flourish Index and specific client needs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include iterative curriculum design and testing, instructional design for workshops and programs, and continuous improvement based on feedback and impact data. The role also involves supporting training of facilitators, ensuring quality and consistency across programs, and contributing to thought leadership in curriculum and program design.

Qualifications

- Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills, with experience creating structured programs, modules, and learning pathways.

- Excellent communication and writing abilities, including clear, learner-centered content creation and the capacity to present complex ideas in accessible ways.

- Proven research skills to gather, analyze, and synthesize evidence-informed practices in education, wellbeing, and leadership.

- Experience working with schools or educational organizations, preferably in areas related to wellbeing, teacher development, or leadership.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage constructively with feedback, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Psychology, or a related field; formal training in instructional design is an advantage.

- Comfort with data-informed design and evaluation, including using assessment results and participant feedback to refine curricula.

- Commitment to inclusive, equitable, and learner-centered educational practices, with sensitivity to diverse school contexts.
