Staff Engineer (Java/Python, AWS & AI)

Experience: 6+ Years

Must have Skills Required:

- Robust experience in Java, Spring Boot OR Python, FastAPI development.
- Hands-on experience in designing and building scalable backend services and APIs.
- Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS.
- Exposure to AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or other LLM/GenAI platforms.
- Understanding of Agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, or AI-powered application development.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.

Role Expectations

- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality cloud-native solutions.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
