Urgent Hiring – Senior Commercial Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Executive to manage commercial activities related to export orders, bags, packaging materials, vendor coordination, procurement and commercial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement and commercial activities related to bags and packaging materials for export orders.
- Coordinate with vendors for rates, specifications, printing, quality, quantity and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely availability of bags and packing materials as per export requirements.
- Monitor packing material stock, consumption and replenishment.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams for smooth order execution.
- Handle vendor coordination, quotation comparison, rate negotiation and follow-ups.
- Maintain and verify purchase orders, quotations, invoices, GRNs and other commercial records.
- Coordinate export-related commercial documentation and ensure timely completion.
- Track pending orders,



deliveries and material shortages and resolve issues with vendors.
- Prepare MIS and reports related to procurement, packaging and stock.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all commercial activities.

Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Commercial / Purchase / Export / Procurement.
- Experience in rice, agri-commodity, FMCG or export industry preferred.
- Strong experience in bag and packaging material procurement and vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of export processes and commercial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Solid negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
