We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chemistry Faculty to join our academic team for NEET and JEE preparation. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise and a proven track record of teaching Chemistry to competitive-exam aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct high-quality Chemistry classes for NEET and JEE aspirants.
- Explain fundamental and advanced Chemistry concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Cover Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry as per the relevant competitive-examination syllabus.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing and problem-solving sessions.
- Prepare and discuss NEET/JEE-level MCQs, numerical problems, assertion-reasoning questions, and PYQs.
- Conduct revision and examination-oriented sessions.
- Analyse students' academic performance and provide appropriate academic guidance.
- Mentor students and help them develop effective preparation strategies.
- Participate in the preparation and review of test papers and study materials.
- Coordinate with other faculty members for effective academic planning and course delivery.
- Maintain a disciplined, interactive, and productive classroom environment.

Eligibility & Requirements




- Minimum 7 years of teaching experience in Chemistry.
- Proven experience teaching NEET and JEE aspirants is essential.
- Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Experience with reputed coaching institutes will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of NEET and JEE examination patterns and syllabus.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts and solve advanced-level problems effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Experience in preparing study materials, MCQs, test papers, and PYQ-based content will be an advantage.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students preparing for competitive examinations.

Qualification

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience, subject expertise, and suitability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,600.00 per month
