Job Summary

Korkai Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, business development, and IT/software services. The candidate will work closely with the technical and management teams to understand client requirements and convert opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients looking for website development, web applications, software development, mobile applications, UI/UX, and digital solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and project estimates.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and project requirements with clients.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.




- Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with project, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Provide regular sales and business development reports to management.

Qualifications

- 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in business development, B2B sales, IT sales, or software services.
