Job Title: Senior Business Analyst / QA Lead

Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years

- Content Management Systems (AEM is mandatory) Roles & Responsibilities:

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in web-based applications (preferably B2C/B2B eCommerce/Marketing domains).
- Robust experience in functional testing (manual) and test documentation/reporting.

- Experience with CMS tools like AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is mandatory.
- Exposure to CMS/PIM tools such as WordPress, Spider, STIBO.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management.

- Able to analyze change requests (CRs), work on PoCs and incident support.
- Skilled in creating detailed reports, documentation, and user presentations.
- Experience providing training to business users and mentoring junior staff.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA/ROD.
- Flexible with changing priorities and capable of working under pressure
