Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Analyst role located in Mumbai.

The Senior Business

Analyst will work closely with leadership and client-facing teams to understand business objectives, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and process improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational data, evaluating business processes, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and supporting advisory and transaction execution activities. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders,



contributing to strategic recommendations, and ensuring that business solutions align with client needs and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and business data and derive meaningful insights.
- Hands-on experience in business analysis, including defining and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
- Knowledge of business processes, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
- Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
