The ideal candidate should have extensive skilled experience, strong business knowledge, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to mentor management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic business guidance to management and leadership.
- Advise on business growth, expansion, and operational improvement opportunities.
- Analyze existing business processes and suggest practical improvements.
- Provide insights based on industry experience, market trends, and business practices.
- Support management in important business decisions and planning.
- Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-growth areas.
- Guide the team in developing effective business strategies and processes.
- Mentor and advise senior and junior team members when required.
- Review business performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in developing long-term business plans and growth strategies.
- Help identify potential business risks and suggest appropriate solutions.




- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and industry contacts.
- Represent the organization in relevant business meetings and discussions when required.
