Role Description The Senior Billing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end billing processes, including generating and reviewing invoices for distributors, dealers, and retail partners, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating client billing, reconciling accounts, tracking payments, maintaining billing records, and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with the accounting team.





The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners to clarify billing issues, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial control.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Billing Process and Client Billing, with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
- Proficiency in Invoicing and Accounting practices, including reconciliation, documentation, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, dealers, retailers, and internal teams regarding billing and payment matters.
- Experience with billing or accounting software, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
- Proven attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities in a finance or billing environment.
- Previous experience in a senior billing, accounts, or finance role, preferably within distribution, FMCG, or nutrition supplements.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage deadlines, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
