Senior Biostatistician – India

What You’ll Need

- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in biostatistics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

- Proven track record in statistical reviews, methodological development, and analysis across clinical phases 1-4

- Strong proficiency in SAS and R programming, including ADAMS, datasets, CRF, SDTM, and ADAM specifications

- Expertise in statistical methods such as ANCOVA, MMRM, Chi-square, Fisher exact, Logistic regression, Kaplan-Meier, and Log Rank

- Experience authoring Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP), mock TLF shells, and reviewing deliverables

- Knowledge of randomization, sample size calculation, and validation





- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and clients

- Familiarity with TMF filing and scientific publication review

Nice To Have Skills

- Co-lead experience and client negotiation skills

- Knowledge of complex statistical methods including Bayesian approaches, missing data/sensitivity analyses with Multiple Imputation, and Negative Binomial regression

- Experience in co-study leadership and exposure to complex efficacy analyses

Preferred Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field

- 5 years of industry experience with a focus on clinical trial data analysis

- Prior experience working remotely is welcomed; flexibility in work location preferred
