Ideal background
- 5-8 years in BESS, Solar EPC, industrial UPS, electrical projects or energy solutions
- Strong B2B sales and technical -project closure experience
- Network in Maharashtra, Delhi, Rajasthan or south india
- comfortable discussing DG reduction, Solar + Storage, peak demand and backup solutions
- Uses AI tools effectively for research, prospecting, proposal support and sales productivity
